Ingredients Black Gram Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Red Chillies, Copra, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coriander, Cloves, and Vegetable Cooking Oil Directions for Use Cut 250 gms of Vegetables of your choice. (Suitable vegetables – Brinjal, Capsicum, Potato, French Beans, Double Beans, Carrots, Peas, Methi Leaves, Cabbage) Heat about 75 ml of cooking oil in a pan. Season with 1 tsp of Mustard, 2-3 half cut red chillies and curry leaves Add the cut vegetables to the pan containing the hot seasoning. Sprinkle ½ tsp of salt and cover the pan Allow it to cook on a medium flame To the cooked vegetables add 4-5 tsp of Adukale Vangi Bhath Powder. Add Salt, Tamarind Juice to your taste and stir it on a low flame for about 3 minutes To this add 700 gms of cooked rice and ½ tsp of sugar. Mix it well on a low flame Serve it hot
