Step 2: Whisk 60g (4tbsp) of softened unsalted butter in a bowl until it smoothens. Step 3: Add 35g (2tbsp) of thick curd and whisk till it smoothens. Step 4: Add Timios Cookie Mix and mix to form a soft dough. Step 5: Scoop 1 tablespoon size cookie dough balls onto a lined tray. (2 inches apart) Step 6: Bake the cookie dough at 180°C (356°F) for 12- 15 minutes.
