Use tea infuser or teapot for convenience. Bring the water to a boil separately and let it cool down for 2 minutes such that the water temperature is 70-80°C. Pour hot water into the cup containing tea and leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Sieve and serve. In the case of the tea infuser, remove it from the cup and enjoy.
