An absolute spice mix for Indian-style lip-smacking kidney beans Ingredients Required:- 1 ½ cup/225g cooked rajma 1 medium/75g onion, chopped 2 medium/150g tomato, chopped 2 ½ cups/500 ml water 3 tbsp oil Green coriander, chopped How To Cook:- Make a paste of Suhana Rajma Masala Mix with ½ cup of water Heat 1 tbsp oil, add onion sauté for 2-3 minutes then add tomato sauté for another 2-3 minutes till cooked Heat remaining oil, add the above paste, and sauté for 2-3 minutes or till oil oozes out Add Suhana Rajma Masala Mix paste and cook for 2-3 minutes Add water and cooked rajma Cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
