Suhana Anda/Egg Bhurji Spice Mix – the perfect mix for an easy-to-make Indian egg/anda bhurji. Ingredients Required:- 4 No of Eggs 2 small/100g chopped tomato 2 medium/150g chopped onion 1 medium/3.5 gram chopped green chilly 3 tbsp oil For garnishing 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander How To Cook:- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes till light golden brown Add tomato, green chilly and saute for 4-5 minutes till oil oozes out Add Suhana Egg/Anda Bhurji Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame Add eggs, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins or till done Garnish with coriander. Serve piping hot with Indian bread such as parathas or naan
