Cooking Instructions Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled or fried potatoes, 2 cups of water & cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish & serve hot with paratha or naan.
