Method of Preparation
- Mix 1 cup (200 g) of Double Horse 1 Hour di-Dosa Batter Pre-mix with 2 cups (400 ml) of lukewarm water in a mixer for 1 minute.
- Keep aside for 1 hour for fermentation at room temperature (7–45°C).
- Add salt to taste.
- For Idli: Pour the batter into an idli steamer and steam to make delicious, soft idlis.
- For Dosa: Pour the batter on a hot dosa tawa, spread evenly, and cook with ghee or oil to make crispy dosas.
