Mix the entire pack of Khaman Dhokla Instant Mix with 1.5 cups of water. Stir it slowly so that no lumps should remain. 2. Pour the batter evenly on an oil-greased plate ( at least half a finger should get dipped into the mixture) and steam it in a pressure cooker for 15 min.(remove the lid). Let it cool for 10 min. Pour 1 cup of water on cooked dhokla with a spoon. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilli and pour on the cut pieces of khaman dhokla. 4. Serve with green or tamarind chutney. 5. Garnish with grated coconut & finely chopped coriander.
